What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us directly through this website. If you send us an enquiry, we collect your name, email address and message. If you join our launch notification list, we collect your email address. A hidden field on our forms helps us filter automated spam and is never used for any other purpose.
How we use it
Enquiries are used only to respond to your question or booking request. Launch notification emails are used only to let you know when Reflekt Wellness opens and for related updates before then. We don't sell, rent or use your information for advertising.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are relayed securely through Web3Forms, our enquiry delivery service, so they reach our team. We use Sentry to catch and fix technical errors; this may include limited request details but never the contents of your message. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver pages securely. Once memberships and bookings go live, scheduling and payment details are handled directly by Acuity under its own privacy terms. None of these providers use your details for their own marketing.
Cookies and local storage
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may store a small preference (such as your chosen site theme) using local storage, which stays on your device and is never sent to us. If enabled, Cloudflare's privacy-first analytics may collect anonymous, cookieless visit counts to help us understand site traffic.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, write to us at the address below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
